As a long-standing and valued customer, I have invested a considerable amount of money with your company. I am disappointed to discover that the website indicated the item was available, and I subsequently placed an order with next-day air shipping. I selected your company based on the product availability and the promise of same-day shipping. However, after several hours without a response, I learned that only pre-orders are being shipped with next-day air. In the past, pre-orders have been shipped with same-day orders. I would greatly appreciate a bit more consideration for your loyal customers. Thank you.
We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied. Due to the high volume of pre-orders we were not able to get all orders out the same day we restocked our inventory.
